Rick Black is on the short list.
He doesn't have a ton of built work, and much of it is commercial, but his product has a Texas twang that I appreciate. It definately belongs to Austin.
A friend of mine has been inside one of his houses. She remarked that although the home was quite small, it had some really great design elements and excellent light.
