Sites to Like: Modern Austin.

This guy has a cool site.

Modern Austin is primarily about houses for sale, lots, and vintage modern neighborhoods in Austin. Some cool pics are on this site and I like to check it at least every other day to see what he's posted.

The site is almost like a private real estate search assistant.

For example, this is a killer house if you are willing to move to Georgetown:

And this place is super cool and has TONS of potential. I'd like to see a good firm get their hands on it...especially for the price:
