Concrete Conundrum.

We've been landscaping.

What looked like this:

Now looks like this:

On the upper area where there is currently sand, we want to do something like this:

Big, simple plain slabs of concrete...even bigger than above, with gravel and plants between them. (and more plants than above) The sand is already in place for pouring it.

We can't seem to find anyone that could do a small concrete job like this, and do it well.

Any suggestions?

No, but if you find out I'd love to know too. That's what we'd like to do in our front yard too. There's someone down our block who has them, I might try bugging them.

Tim, if you find out, please let me know! We're putting in pavers as a temporary option because our house is becoming a sandpit.

How cool is that. This pic is my house.
I just made square forms out of 2x4's and rebar.
I did have a large barrel mixer but you can rent it. Each square took 12x 60lb bags of concrete.

I also have a business making concrete countertops.
